Client was applying for a higher paying job within her company. She unfortunately had a DUI conviction on her record that she did not want her employer to see. After gathering evidence of her schooling, volunteer work and reform, we petitioned the court for the conviction to be set-aside so her job could not find out. We successfully petitioned the court and submitted evidence of her reform and at the hearing the Judge granted our request for a dismissal pursuant to penal code 1203.4. RESULT: VC23103.5 case dismissed. Employer prohibited access to criminal case.
